Ali Day reveals what more of those ex-Sunset cast members are up to now.

LINDA BALGORD
Is currently playing Violet Chandler in the American premiere of "The Fix", in Washington, DC.

DEBRA BYRNE
The wait is over for Debbie’s fans! She is finally appearing publicly in a concert of hers at the Crown Casino Showroom in Melbourne. The concert will feature guest stars, and it’s going to be on the 28th of March. An additional note: watch out for a Debra Byrne shrine!

ROBERT GRUBB
Robert played Cecil B. when "Sunset" first opened in Melbourne, then he was "promoted" to play Max when Norbert Lamla left the cast. He is now playing the Baker in the Melbourne production of "Into the Woods".

GLYN KERSLAKE
On the 8th of March, Glyn presented his very own cabaret act at Las Estrellas-which I hear was great fun, and it turned out to be very successful. Glyn Kerslake was given the part of the Phantom in the London production of "Phantom of the Opera". Glyn’s opening night is on the 6th of April…Until then, standby Scott Davies is playing the role of the Phantom. Glyn certainly didn’t give up his plans to produce yet another solo album…The solo album being worked on will feature more of his own songs rather than show tunes. JUDY KUHN
Judy was a member of the "Strike Up the Band" company, which is to be produced by City Center by the Encores! series. The show played from 12-15 of February.

CAROLYN O’CONNOR
Carolyn didn’t participate in any of the big productions of "Sunset Blvd". She only played a small-yet crucial part in the original Sydmonton tryouts of "Sunset Blvd". Carolyn is going to play Roxie Hart in the Melbourne production of "Chicago". The official opening night is on the 4th of July (how American!)

ELAINE PAIGE
Elaine Paige is to star in the play "The Misanthrope" which opens in London on the 26th of March. In June 7th and 8th, Elaine will participate in the "Hey Mr. Producer!" concert dedicated to producer Cameron Mackintosh. She will also appear at Hampton Court Palace Festival on the 19th of June. You can catch Elaine doing her stuff opposite Antonio Banderas in the upcoming Andrew Lloyd Webber birthday celebration.

ALICE RIPLEY
Alice is to play Daisy Mae in "Li’l Abner". The production is part of the Encores! series, which presented the recent "Chicago" success.

FRANCES RUFFELLE
Frances was the very first Betty, in the Sydmonton preview of "Sunset". She is finally returning to the spotlight in a cabaret act of her own. The act would take place at the Triad in NYC, on the 12th of March and the 14th of March. On the 16th of March, Frances Ruffelle is to sing yet again, at The Mercury Lounge.

HELEN SCHNEIDER
Helen Schneider just had her solo concert in Frankfurt a week ago. It was recently announced on TV that Helen would be in the new musical "Dracula". The musical opens in Hannover on the 12th of June. The musical is currently running very successfully in Prague at the moment.
